Back pain can be a scary and debilitating problem that leaves you worrying if you should even get out of bed.
Only in very few cases, is back pain something serious and sinister that you need to be worried about. In the majority of people, it is nothing more than a pain in the back!
The best advice is to keep moving as much as you can, and although it may be uncomfortable to begin with, the sooner you can get back to your normal activities, the more likely you are to recover and be able to keep the back pain away.
